We're Hiring: Talent Management & OD COE Lead for Bangalore

Are you a strategic HR leader passionate about shaping leadership pipelines, driving organizational effectiveness, and building future-ready capabilities in a manufacturing setup?

We are looking for a Talent Management & OD COE Lead to join our team and partner with senior global and regional leadership to drive core people strategies across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Talent Management & Succession: Design and execute integrated talent frameworks, lead talent review processes, and build succession pipelines for critical leadership roles.

- Leadership Development: Establish competency frameworks across leadership levels and deliver high-impact interventions, executive coaching, and assessment centers.

- Learning & Capability Building: Formulate enterprise-wide learning architectures and drive digital, blended capability-building programs.

- Performance Management: Drive goal-setting philosophy, performance calibration, and continuous manager coaching practices.

- OD & Transformation: Align regional execution with global HR strategies to elevate organizational productivity and workplace culture.

What We're Looking For:

- Education: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources.

- Experience: 10 - 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with strong expertise in TM, OD, and L&D COE roles.

- Industry Focus: Proven track record in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Automotive, or Heavy Engineering (MNC experience preferred).

- Skills: Expertise in 9-box grids, succession mapping, leadership frameworks, change management, and HR analytics/dashboards.

- Location: Bangalore, India.
