
The Lead Talent Management
The Lead Talent Management is responsible for driving the design, execution, and continuous improvement of talent management practices to support organizational growth and performance. The role demands a quick learner who can adopt global best practices, ensure seamless execution, and act as a loyal lieutenant. The incumbent must demonstrate strong ethical values, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to deliver solutions without escalations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, rollout, and monitoring of talent management programs including PMS, leadership development programs, R&R , Employee Engagement, Well-being and assessments.
- Benchmark and integrate best practices in talent management to ensure organizational competitiveness.
- Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to align talent strategies with organizational goals.
- Serve as a loyal lieutenant by managing talent programs with discretion, commitment, and integrity.
- Build strong partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring collaboration and conflict-free execution.
- Communicate effectively to influence and manage expectations of diverse stakeholders.
- Utilize Power BI to design dashboards for talent metrics, providing data-driven insights for decision-making.
- Leverage advanced Excel skills
- Apply knowledge of AI, PowerApps, and Power Automate to streamline HR processes, enhance user experience, and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop digital solutions and workflows for talent processes, reducing manual effort and improving accuracy.
- Role-model ethical decision-making, confidentiality, and fairness in all talent-related matters.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related discipline.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Talent Management or related HR areas.
- Proven track record of executing complex talent programs with measurable business impact.
- Strong exposure to HR digital tools, automation, and analytics.
