- Define the Talent Management Strategy for India in alignment with organizational needs and Global/Regional Talent Management Frameworks & Philosophies

- Drive execution of key people processes Performance, Development Talent/Succession Reviews by working closely with HRBPs and business leaders, driving system completion as per timelines

- Build Leadership capabilities for high quality conversations in above processes by designing and delivering impactful, scenario based training programs, coach leaders and HRBPs

- Maintain record of all talent review inputs and talent pools in the organization, partner with senior leadership to elevate the level of talent review discussions, and ensuring follow through on talent review Actions to make a real shift in succession pipelines

- Conduct Talent Data Analytics to understand and share actionable insights/dashboards with senior leadership

- Connect with key talent via virtual connects and field visits to be better understand aspirations and assess potential

- Partner with HRBPs and TA to drive hiring efforts towards hiring high potential candidates to build future talent succession

- Design and Deliver programs/journeys to accelerate internal talent development in partnership L&D Program

- Manage internal hiring and IJPs - work with leaders and HRBPs to facilitate internal movements and promotions

- Drive Development Centers to build mid-management pool - design, program management, securing and training internal assessors, end to end execution, ensuring high quality feedback reports
