- Design and implement a tiered leadership development journey spanning Frontline to Mid-level leadership.
- Functional & Technical Capability Development
- Ensure structured development of functional and technical capabilities across business units.
- Drive standardization, scalability, and quality governance of capability programs.
- Collaborate closely with senior leaders, HR, and business stakeholders to align capability frameworks with business strategy.
- Anticipate future skill requirements and embed them into learning and development initiatives.
- Provide strategic inputs based on organizational priorities, workforce trends, and capability gaps.
