Lead - Talent Acquisition - Tech & Manufacturing Hiring

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive end-to-end recruitment delivery across Technology and Manufacturing business verticals.

- Partner closely with CXOs, business leaders, and functional heads to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.- Develop and execute hiring strategies aligned with business growth objectives.

- Manage recruitment vendors, staffing partners, and external hiring agencies to ensure quality and timely delivery.
