Job Description: As a Talent Acquisition Lead, you will play a pivotal role in our organization's growth by effectively identifying and acquiring top-notch executive-level and CXO-level professionals. Your expertise in vendor empanelment and management will be crucial in ensuring seamless hiring processes, expectation setting, and successful negotiation with external recruitment partners. Additionally, your understanding of compensation and benefit reports published by leading organizations will contribute to the development of competitive and attractive offers for potential candidates. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end executive level and CXO level hiring processes, from candidate sourcing and assessment to offer negotiation and onboarding. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates. - Manage and maintain vendor relationships, including expectation setting, delivery management, and negotiation of terms and conditions. - Monitor and ensure the performance of executive search partners, making data-driven decisions to improve the overall hiring process. - Stay updated with industry trends, market insights, and compensation and benefit reports published by leading organizations to inform competitive and attractive offers to potential candidates. - Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline, proactively sourcing and engaging potential candidates for current and future openings. - Utilize innovative sourcing techniques, social media platforms, and other relevant channels to reach out to passive candidates. - Build and foster a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, leaving a lasting impression on potential talent. Requirements: - Master's degree in Human Resources. - Proven experience in executive level and CXO level hiring, with a track record of successful placements. - Familiarity with vendor empanelment and management, including negotiation and delivery management. - Strong understanding of compensation and benefit reports from leading organizations, enabling data-driven decisions in the recruitment process. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Proactive and results-driven mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
