We are looking for someone who can lead the entire venture independently and grow the business exponentially over the next few years. The founder is a successful entrepreneur and a startup enthusiast and has been leading this venture with a hands-on approach until now. He will be guiding and handholding the incumbent for a smooth transition into the role and provide all trainings and insights as required. Tasks and Responsibilities: - Should be able to handle the end-to-end recruitment process on their own based on client requirements from understanding the requirements to closing the positions - Manage client relationships : Ensure that service delivery is as per the quality benchmarks of the industry and customer delight is achieved. Constantly collect feedback and strive to improve service delivery and ensure client retention. - Generate new business : Grow the business by acquiring new customers with minimum cost and through references of existing customers. - Build and lead a team of recruiters : Based on the requirement and scale of the business, create a pool of professional recruiters, both on-roll and off-roll, and lead this pool to deliver quality and timely service to the customers. - Manage all internal and external communication : Ensure that timely, effective and relevant communication is maintained at all times, both internal as well as external with all stakeholders. Prepare compelling reports, articles, blog posts, presentations etc. to ensure visibility of the organization and ensure dissemination of information to relevant stakeholders. - Manage the day-to-day operations : Responsible for all day-to-day operations, reporting, compliances, documentation, logistics, communications and stakeholder management for smooth functioning of the organization - Service Delivery and Quality Control : The incumbent will be overall responsible for the service delivery and quality control for all the assignments being done. They will need to ensure that all positions are closed as per the requirements of the client and that clients are satisfied with the delivery of the services provided. - The incumbent will assist the founder in managing the P&L of the organization by preparing budgets, maintaining accounts, bills and vouchers and in following up with customers for any outstanding payments. - Represent the organization in various events, seminars, conferences etc. as well as in meetings and presentations with various stakeholders, existing and prospective customers etc. - Any other tasks or responsibilities that the founder, board of directors or the key stakeholders may assign as per requirement from time to time. Key Requirements for the Role: - A dynamic and passionate professional with a go-getter attitude and ambition to take the organization to the next level of growth and expansion. Must have a pleasant personality and be a people's person. - A postgraduate degree or diploma from a reputed institution, preferably in management or any other relevant field. Graduate candidates with relevant and more years of experience may also be considered. - Minimum 5 years of experience in a headhunting, recruitment etc. in the development sector - Experience of leading a small team will be preferred - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Fluency in English is mandatory. Knowledge of any other language/s will be an added advantage. - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
