Mandatory skillset : Expertise in Hiring for Engineering Roles in Oil, Gas, Energy vertical Senior Stakeholder Management Exp Team Management Exp Only female candidates KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: - Develops and implements the attraction and resourcing strategy for the assigned client group, making recommendations to ensure that the strategy reflects commitment to diversity and inclusion and candidate experience. - Lead the team to provide direct full-cycle recruitment services for a number of businesses/functions in order to deliver the hiring demand requirements of a vast and varied portfolio in a consistent manner - Manages provision of consultancy support to HR/line management, advising on a range of resourcing matters and providing challenge and detailed strategies for improving resourcing effectiveness. - Engages with key HR and business stakeholders to understand planned demand and relevant business context and the impact on resourcing plans,and keeps up to date with industry trends and latest market intelligence to inform successful recruitment strategies. - Manages a team of direct reports, ensuring the appropriate expectations, principles, structures, tools and responsibilities are in place to deliver the plan and deliver excellence, whilst providing performance management, technical development and coaching - Ensures personal and team compliance with the function's safety and ethics rules and processes, follows procedures, and models Values & Behaviours.\r\n\r\n- - Develops and implements the attraction and resourcing strategy for the assigned client group, making recommendations to ensure that the strategy reflects commitment to diversity and inclusion and candidate experience. Provides advanced consultancy support to HR/line management, advising on a range of resourcing matters and providing challenge and suggestions for improving resourcing effectiveness. Engages with key HR and business stakeholders to understand planned demand and relevant business context and the impact on resourcing plans, and keeps up to date with industry trends and latest market intelligence to inform successful recruitment strategies. Evaluates and improves recruitment performance through effective use and analysis of metrics, and provides informal mentoring/training to junior members of the team to build capability. Complies with the function's safety and ethics rules and processes, follows procedures, and models Values & Behaviours. ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE AND JOB REQUIREMENTS: - 15+ plus years of experience and knowledge in recruiting (in-house, RPO or agency) - Confirmed experience of the planning and implementation of end-to-end recruitment strategies across various disciplines - Experience leading a team - Extensive knowledge of talent acquisition processes and policy - Experience of managing and building relationships with third parties - Experience of working in a highly matrixed global organisation - One team mind-set - demonstrates an understanding of the value of, and ability to develop, high quality, trust-based relationships with the wider organisation, leaders & employees - Comfortable using predictive analytics to identify outcomes and improve decision making - Puts the customer and business strategy at the heart of decision making with the ability to guide leaders - Deeply integrated to drive business solutions, not operating as a parallel function - Consistent track record of improving and taking things to the next level - Understanding of agile ways of working with business and P&C partners - Proficiency in MS product suite - Listening, influencing and communication skills
