Job Description: - Design and implement Talent Acquisition strategies across all Lines of Business (LOBs). - Manage recruitment needs aligned with the approved Annual Operating Plan (AOP), ensuring a balanced sourcing mix with a strong emphasis on cost efficiency. - Lead diversity hiring initiatives to strengthen organizational inclusion efforts. - Improve candidate experience throughout the pre-onboarding and post-onboarding stages. - Implement strategies to minimize offer dropouts and early-stage attrition. - Oversee Campus Relations activities, including hiring plans, employer branding initiatives, Management Trainee onboarding programs, Leadership Talks, and continuous engagement with premier academic institutions. - Drive transformation projects within Talent Acquisition, focusing on digital adoption and process enhancement. - Conceptualize and execute employer branding initiatives to attract, engage, and retain top talent, positioning the company as an Employer of Choice. - Monitor and drive Talent Acquisition team performance to meet defined metrics while maintaining team motivation and engagement. - Compile, analyze, and present recruitment data and insights to management as required. - Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in Talent Acquisition practices. - Execute all responsibilities in alignment with company values, policies, and the Code of Conduct.
