Urgently Hiring for a leading NBFC for a Lead- Talent Acquisition

Role Purpose:

The Lead - Talent Acquisition will drive end-to-end hiring for Revenue Functions across all retail loan products. This role requires strong stakeholder management with Business Heads, proactive self-sourcing capabilities, and team leadership to ensure high-quality and timely closures aligned with business expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities:


Revenue Hiring Ownership:

1. Lead end-to-end recruitment for Revenue functions including Sales, Relationship Managers, Area Managers, Cluster Managers, Credit, and Collections roles.

2. Drive hiring across all retail loan verticals - Personal Loans (PL), Home Loans (HL), Loan Against Property (LAP), Business Loans (BL), Auto Loans, SME Loans, and other retail financial products.

3. Manage on-roll hiring across geographies in alignment with revenue growth plans.

Stakeholder & Business Head Management:

1. Partner closely with Zonal, Regional, and Area Business Heads for manpower planning and productivity alignment.

2. Understand revenue targets and translate them into hiring plans.

3. Conduct regular review meetings to track pipeline, closures, and hiring challenges.

Self-Sourcing & Channel Optimization:

1. Drive strong self-sourcing through job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and field sourcing.

2. Ensure optimal source mix and cost-effective hiring strategies.

3. Lead bulk and lateral hiring initiatives for field sales distribution.

Execution & Quality Control:

1. Conduct structured interviews ensuring cultural and performance fit.

2. Ensure defined TAT adherence and quality of hire.

3. Monitor hiring metrics - TAT, conversion ratio, source efficiency, cost per hire.

4. Drive seamless offer rollout and onboarding coordination.

Team Leadership:

1. Manage and mentor a team of recruiters.

2. Drive daily tracking of closures, productivity, and hiring targets.

3. Build accountability and performance-driven culture within the TA team.

Reporting & Governance:

1. Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and business hiring trackers.

2. Provide data-driven insights to leadership for workforce planning.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. 6-10 years of Talent Acquisition experience with strong exposure to Revenue & BFSI hiring.

2. Proven experience hiring for retail loan products (PL, HL, LAP, BL, Auto Loans, SME Loans).

3. Strong understanding of retail distribution and field sales hiring.

4. Demonstrated expertise in self-sourcing and bulk hiring.

5. Experience in working closely with Revenue Leaders and Business Heads.

6. Prior team handling experience is mandatory.

7. Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
