
We are hiring a TA- Leadership Hiring Lead for a Tech Based Startup in Bengaluru. This role needs a seasoned professional with strong expertise of working with a leading Search firm followed by a stint in an IT company.
This is a TA- leadership role and requires 3 days a week in office with some travel.
The Leadership Hiring Lead will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for senior and executive-level positions.
This will include partnering with senior stakeholders on ideating the role, writing job descriptions, conducting market intel, managing partners, and closing the role.
Role will include:
- End to end responsibility of all leadership hiring.
- Managing various stakeholders and ensuring alignment on leadership hires.
- Managing team and Search partners to close roles.
- Ensuring proper evaluation of candidates and fitment to company culture.
- Creating exceptional candidate experience.
Qualifications:
- 12 years of experience post MBA from a top B school.
- Experience in executive search with a leading firm.
- 5+ yrs of experience in TA role handling leadership hiring.
- Ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies and conduct in-depth candidate evaluations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in interviewing and candidate assessment.
- Experience in diversity building.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Experience in a tech startup or IT company environment is a plus.
Please do note this isnt an overarching TA role so only those with pure play leadership hiring experience will be considered.
