Role Purpose:

The Lead Talent Acquisition will be responsible for driving the organization's end-to-end Talent Acquisition strategy and execution across Corporate, Sales, Operations, Credit, Collections, Technology and Support functions.

The role will partner closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders to build talent pipelines, attract and assess high-quality candidates, ensure timely hiring and deliver a superior candidate experience aligned with the organization's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Strategy & Workforce Planning:

- Develop and execute Talent Acquisition strategies aligned with business growth plans.

- Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to develop workforce hiring plans.

- Build robust sourcing channels across functions and experience levels.

- Develop talent pipelines for critical, niche and leadership positions.

- Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends and hiring conditions.

End-to-End Recruitment:

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower requisition through onboarding.

- Drive hiring across Sales, Credit, Collections, Operations, Risk, Finance, Technology and Corporate functions.

- Ensure timely closure of positions within agreed SLAs.

- Conduct competency-based interviews and candidate assessments.

- Drive lateral, campus and employee-referral hiring initiatives.

- Manage volume hiring as well as niche and leadership hiring requirements.

Business Partnering:

- Work closely with Business Heads and senior stakeholders to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.

- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on talent availability, compensation benchmarks and recruitment strategies.

- Provide regular recruitment updates, hiring forecasts and market insights to stakeholders.

Employer Branding & Talent Engagement:

- Strengthen the organization's employer brand through job portals, professional networks, social media and industry forums.

- Drive employee referral programs and recruitment marketing initiatives.

- Partner with Marketing and Communications teams to strengthen the Employee Value Proposition (EVP).

- Enhance candidate engagement and overall employer perception.

Recruitment Analytics & MIS:

- Track and monitor key Talent Acquisition metrics including hiring volumes, TAT, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness and offer-to-join ratios.

- Prepare monthly recruitment dashboards, MIS and management reports.

- Use recruitment analytics to identify trends and improve sourcing and hiring effectiveness.

Vendor & Recruitment Partner Management:

- Manage recruitment consultants, staffing partners and job portal vendors.

- Negotiate commercial agreements and monitor vendor performance.

- Establish and track recruitment partner KPIs and SLAs.

- Optimize external sourcing costs and improve agency effectiveness.

Candidate Experience & Onboarding:

- Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

- Manage offer rollouts, compensation discussions and salary negotiations.

- Coordinate with HR Operations to ensure smooth joining formalities, onboarding and induction.

- Monitor offer acceptance and joining ratios and identify opportunities for improvement.

Governance, Compliance & Diversity:

- Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, approval processes and organizational governance standards.

- Maintain complete recruitment documentation and audit readiness.

- Ensure consistency and transparency in recruitment practices.

- Promote fair, diverse and inclusive hiring practices.

Qualifications:

- Full-time MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related discipline from a reputed institute.

- 8-12 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition and Team Management.

- Prior experience in Housing Finance, NBFC, Banking, Financial Services, FinTech or Retail Lending is preferred.

- Proven experience in volume hiring, lateral hiring, leadership hiring and business partnering.

- Strong experience in stakeholder management and recruitment strategy.

- Hands-on experience with HRMS/ATS platforms; SAP SuccessFactors experience preferred.

- Certifications in Talent Acquisition, Assessment, Employer Branding or HR Analytics will be an advantage.
