Lead - Talent Acquisition - FinTech/NBFC

Looking for a TA Lead in a leading Fintech/NBFC company, series A funded. Headquarters based in Mumbai.

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 9 to 16 years

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Own and drive full-cycle hiring across tech and non-tech roles, from key ICs to senior leadership.

- Partner with leadership to define hiring strategy, workforce planning, and org design.

- Lead and coach a high-performing TA team.

- Strengthen our employer brand and deepen engagement with top talent pools.

- Champion a data-driven hiring culture to reduce time-to-fill and improve quality-of-hire.

- Leverage ATS, social platforms, and networks to build strong talent pipelines.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Master's degree from a top-tier business school with 10+ years of experience.

- Prior success in a high-growth, startup or Series B+ environment (teams of 500-1000+).

- Extensive experience leading and managing high-performing TA teams.

- Experience in scaling teams across multiple locations is a strong plus.
