
Job Description:
A leading organization in the education / services space is hiring a Talent Acquisition Lead to own end-to-end hiring for mid to senior-level roles. The role will partner closely with senior business stakeholders, drive mandate closures, and support the organizations growth phase through strong execution and adaptability. This is an individual contributor role with future people management scope.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level positions across functions
- Partner with senior business leaders and manage complex stakeholder expectations
- Drive timely closures while maintaining hiring quality benchmarks
- Adapt hiring strategies to evolving business and organizational needs
- Build scalable recruitment processes and best practices
- Mentor junior recruiters as the team scales
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 10-12 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition
- Strong hands-on experience in mid and senior-level hiring
- Proven stakeholder management with senior leadership
- Experience working in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
- Strong ownership mindset with execution focus
- Willingness to work full-time onsite in Delhi NCR

- Profiles limited to only junior or bulk hiring
- Pure HR generalist roles without strong TA ownership
