Hiring for an Indian Multinational Conglomerate for Lead Talent Acqusition role for Delhi location .

Experience Required: 15+ years in Talent Acquisition( non IT ), with Leadership Hiring

Role Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional to lead Leadership and Executive Hiring across functions and geographies. This role requires strong stakeholder management, strategic sourcing expertise, and the ability to attract and hire top-tier leadership talent aligned with the organization's growth and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the end-to-end leadership hiring lifecycle (DGM, GM, VP, CXO levels and equivalents).

- Partner closely with business heads, CHRO, and board members to understand critical leadership needs.

- Build and execute sourcing strategies for leadership roles using direct channels, headhunting, networks, and retained search partners.

- Develop strong external talent pipelines and market intelligence for critical leadership positions.

- Drive assessment and evaluation processes in collaboration with stakeholders (e.g., psychometric tools, competency-based interviews).

- Manage relationships with executive search firms and external consultants, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Lead talent mapping, succession planning, and competitor intelligence initiatives.

- Track and report hiring metrics and market trends to ensure efficiency, quality, and turnaround time.

- Ensure superior candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

- Contribute to employer branding initiatives specifically targeted toward senior professionals.

Desired Profile:

- Proven track record of closing 30+ senior/leadership positions annually.

- Strong experience in headhunting, talent mapping, and CXO-level engagement.

- Exposure to multi-industry or cross-border hiring is a plus.

- High business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
