Role Purpose:
To manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes for diverse business verticals, ensuring timely hiring of top talent across functions, and contributing to organizational growth through innovative sourcing strategies and employer branding initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Hiring Strategy:
- Drive end-to-end recruitment across assigned business units (corporate functions, sales, operations, etc.).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs, define job specifications, and build talent pipelines.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, networking, and recruitment agencies.
2. Recruitment Process Management:
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle - sourcing, screening, scheduling, assessment, offers, and onboarding.
- Ensure TAT (Turnaround Time) adherence for all open positions with high-quality talent.
- Track hiring metrics such as offer-to-join ratio, sourcing mix, and time-to-fill.
3. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:
- Build and promote the company's employer brand in the external market.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
4. Stakeholder Management:
- Liaise with business leaders, HRBPs, and external vendors to fulfill hiring mandates.
- Provide regular hiring status reports to management.
5. Talent Market Intelligence:
- Conduct market research and talent mapping for critical roles.
- Stay updated on hiring trends, competitor talent strategies, and compensation benchmarks.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple mandates across functions and levels.
- Expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, and recruitment platforms.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Excel/PowerPoint.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and process orientation.
Qualification & Experience:
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in large corporate/consulting firms or diversified industries.
Preferred Industry Exposure:
- Conglomerates, FMCG, Manufacturing, EPC, Infrastructure, Consulting, or BFSI.
