Job Title: Talent Acquisition Lead
Location: Kolkata
Industry: Cement Manufacturing
Experience Required: 10+ years
Reporting To: Head of HR
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for technical, operational, and corporate roles in the cement industry.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and develop talent pipelines.
- Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and campus hiring.
- Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and manage offer negotiations.
- Ensure timely onboarding and smooth integration of new hires.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in primarily in talent acquisition, preferably in a cement /steel/ building materials domain.
- Strong understanding of recruitment tools, ATS, and sourcing strategies.
- Experience in using CRM is required.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Experience in hiring for plant, technical, and field roles is a plus
