
As the Lead Talent Acquisition, you will be instrumental in shaping firm's talent landscape and supporting our clients' strategic hiring needs. You will drive the entire TA lifecycle, from strategic workforce planning to offer negotiation. Your impact will directly contribute to our clients' success by consistently bringing in exceptional talent that aligns with our strategic objectives and cultural values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive Talent Acquisition strategies to attract top-tier talent from target institutes and industries, ensuring growth objectives are met.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment cycles for critical leadership and specialized roles, partnering with hiring managers and client stakeholders to define requirements and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.
- Implement robust Workforce Planning methodologies to forecast talent needs and build proactive pipelines, aligning talent supply with business demand and market trends.
- Establish and manage relationships with external vendors, including recruitment agencies, assessment platforms, and technology providers, optimizing service delivery and cost-effectiveness through Vendor Management.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to integrate TA initiatives with broader HR Strategy, including Performance Management frameworks, compensation structures, and employee engagement programs.
- Advise senior leadership on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent intelligence to inform strategic business decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing TA team, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making, while overseeing HR Operations within the recruitment domain.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruitment process, ensuring fair and unbiased hiring practices.
- Manage complex Stakeholder Management dynamics, building trust and credibility with internal teams, senior leadership, and external partners.
Required Skillset:
- A minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with a significant portion in a leadership capacity within a fast-paced, high-growth environment or a leading consulting firm.
- An MBA/PGDM from a premier institution (XLRI, TISS, MDI, SCMHRD, SIBM, IIM, etc.) is preferred.
- Proven expertise in developing and executing comprehensive Talent Acquisition strategies, coupled with hands-on experience in Workforce Planning and pipeline management.
- Exceptional Stakeholder Management abilities, with a track record of influencing senior leaders and building strong, collaborative relationships across all levels.
- Deep understanding and practical experience with HRIS and various recruitment technologies, leveraging data to drive informed decisions and process improvements.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Vendor Management, including negotiation, contract management, and performance evaluation of external partners.
- Strong knowledge of HR Operations, including compliance, onboarding, and integrating TA with broader HR functions like Performance Management.
- Superior communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- A strategic thinker with an analytical mindset, able to translate business objectives into actionable talent strategies.
