What You'll Do:
- Own end-to-end hiring for senior product & engineering roles
- Partner directly with business leaders to shape hiring strategies
- Lead and manage recruitment operations in India
- Build and nurture a strong pipeline of top-tier tech talent
- Deliver insights through hiring dashboards, pipelines & market intelligence
- Collaborate with People Ops & Finance for workforce planning
- Explore innovative sourcing channels for future-ready talent acquisition
What We're Looking For?
- 8-12 years of experience in tech hiring (preferably product/startup environments)
- Proven success in hiring complex, niche, and leadership roles
- Strong stakeholder management & communication skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver within timelines
- Strategic mindset with strong market mapping & talent intelligence skills
- Experience in R&D / high-growth tech environments is a plus.
