What you'll do:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for engineering, data, DevOps, and infrastructure roles.
- Collaborate with tech leadership to define role requirements and build talent strategies.
- Manage and mentor a team of technical recruiters and sourcing specialists.
- Optimize recruitment systems (e.g., ATS, CRM) and workflows for efficiency and scale.
- Own recruitment analytics and reporting (time-to-fill, conversion ratios, diversity).
- Drive talent pipeline development through active sourcing and brand engagement.
- Partner with HR and IT on system integration, process automation, and compliance.
- Support early talent hiring, university outreach, and talent community initiatives
What we're looking for:
- 6-9 years in talent acquisition, with 2+ years in technical hiring leadership.
- Strong understanding of technical stacks, engineering functions, and hiring trends.
- Experience in team handling for 2+ years.
- Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, etc.) and reporting tools.
- Proven ability to scale tech hiring and lead teams in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with RPO/vendor management and recruitment automation tools.
- Technical education or hands-on experience in technical screening.
