Lead - Talent Acquisition

Role Summary

We are looking for a Team Lead who will lead end-to-end talent acquisition across manufacturing, plant operations, and sales functions for our client, a leading manufacturing MNC. The incumbent will partner with senior stakeholders to deliver scalable, data-driven hiring strategies, build strong talent pipelines, manage RPO and vendor partners, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with business and plant leaders on workforce planning and hiring priorities

- Drive lateral, campus, leadership, and diversity hiring strategies

- Own full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding;

- Build proactive pipelines for manufacturing, plant, engineering, and sales roles

- Leverage multiple sourcing channels including RPOs, agencies, job portals, referrals, and networks

- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders; manage vendors and RPOs against SLAs and quality standards

- Track and analyse hiring metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, conversions) using ATS

- Identify opportunities to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience

- Lead and coach recruiters, where applicable

Qualifications & Experience

- MBA / Master's in HR or Business Management

- 12+ years of recruitment experience and strong exposure to manufacturing, plant operations, and sales hiring

- Experience working with RPO models, recruitment agencies, and vendor governance

- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technology

- Strong stakeholder management and full-cycle recruitment expertise
