Job Summary:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead - Talent Acquisition to oversee and drive our recruitment strategies. This role requires hands-on leadership in managing the end-to-end hiring process while mentoring a team of recruiters to meet hiring goals across departments. The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, and passionate about finding top talent to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes.

- Own the full-cycle recruitment process for key roles - from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding.

- Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.

- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent.

- Use recruitment metrics to drive decisions and improve hiring processes (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire).

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

- Maintain and update ATS (Applicant Tracking System) with accuracy and timeliness.

- Collaborate with HR and business leaders on workforce planning and talent forecasting.

- Promote employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's presence in the job market.

- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal hiring laws and guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 1-2 years in a team leadership role.

- Proven track record of successfully filling positions across various functions and levels.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, etc.), and sourcing techniques.

- Ability to analyze hiring metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
