Lead - Sustainability & Environment

Key Responsibilities:

- ESG reporting: Digitalization and reporting GHG emissions including scope 3, energy, waste, water, social and governance KPIs for integrated Truck and Bus entities.

- Resource Stewardship: Driving initiatives, streamline process at plant level for water balancing, ZLD, ZWL, water positivity etc in collaboration with internal functions and external consultants, green incubators.

- Upstream and Downstream decarbonisation: Scope 3 data collection, reporting, defining ESG matrix for suppliers, fleet operators etc.

- Circular design: Conducting LCA for Bus, Trucks and identify emission hotspots with roadmap defined in alignment with DFE framework, CPCB compliance on material circularity; data mgmt for Extended Producers Responsibility (EPR) concerning plastics, e-waste, steel, battery.

- Stakeholders engagement, capability building/training and communications: Content development for stakeholders communications, report writing, training internal and external stakeholders on regular basis to improve awareness on ESG, leading employee engagement campaigns on international/UN and national env. and social days.

- Supply Chain sustainability: Training suppliers in collaboration with procurement team, define and include ESG criteria in suppliers' evaluation; roll out ESG risk rating system for suppliers.
