Lead - Sustainability & Corporate Social Responsibility

Role :

The Lead - Sustainability & Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the organization's sustainability and CSR strategy. The role will drive environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives, ensure compliance with applicable CSR regulations, build stakeholder partnerships, and enhance the organization's social impact and sustainability performance.

Responsibilities :

Sustainability Strategy & ESG :

- Develop and execute the organization's sustainability roadmap aligned with business objectives.

- Lead ESG initiatives and integrate sustainability principles across business functions.

- Establish sustainability goals, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms.

- Monitor emerging sustainability trends, regulations, and industry best practices.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) :

- Develop annual CSR strategy, budget, and implementation plans in accordance with applicable regulations.

- Identify, evaluate, and manage CSR projects focused on education, healthcare, livelihood enhancement, environmental conservation, and community development.

Stakeholder Engagement :

- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote sustainability and CSR initiatives.

- Partner with business leaders to embed sustainability objectives into operational practices.

Reporting & Governance :

- Prepare sustainability and CSR reports for leadership, Board Committees, and regulatory authorities.

- Develop ESG disclosures aligned with recognized frameworks.

- Present sustainability performance and impact metrics to senior management and the Board.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Sciences, Social Development, Business Administration, Public Policy, or related field.
