About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain professional to lead our end-to-end supply chain operations. This is a leadership role designed for a professional who has a strong foundation in established corporate systems but has also gained agility and strategic thinking through entrepreneurial or startup experience. You will be responsible for driving supply chain excellence across demand planning, forecasting, warehousing, logistics, and freight management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Demand Planning & Forecasting: Lead the S&OP process, ensuring high forecast accuracy and alignment between sales, marketing, and supply chain to optimize inventory levels.

- Warehousing & Inventory Management: Oversee warehouse operations, layout optimization, and inventory control to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

- Logistics & Freight Management: Manage end-to-end logistics, including inbound and outbound freight, carrier negotiation, route optimization, and last-mile delivery performance.

- Supply Chain Excellence: Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data analytics to reduce costs, improve service levels, and build a resilient supply chain.

- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Manufacturing) and external partners to ensure seamless operations.

- Process & Systems: Implement and optimize ERP/SCM systems to support scalable growth.

What We Are Looking For (The Ideal Profile):

- Education: MBA/PGDM from a premium B-school (IIM, XLRI, SPJIMR, NITIE, etc.) with a specialization in Supply Chain/Operations.

- Career Trajectory:

1. Years 1 - 7/8: Started your career through campus placement with a reputed corporate (FMCG, E-commerce, Manufacturing, or Consulting) and built a strong foundation in supply chain processes.

2. Years 8 - 10/11: Transitioned into an entrepreneurial venture or a startup, where you took on broader responsibilities, navigated ambiguity, and built/scaled supply chain functions.

- Mindset: You are now looking to return to a stable, professionally managed corporate environment where you can apply your combined corporate discipline and startup agility to drive large-scale impact.

- Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in ERP (SAP/Oracle), advanced Excel, and a data-driven approach to problem-solving. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
