Position: Governance Lead (Suppliers governance)
Experience: 11-15 years

Three areas define where this role creates impact:
Pillar 1 - Governance Operating Model Ownership:
- Stand up, run, and continuously mature the five-domain governance model - one integrated view across performance, resources, finances, contract, relationship, transformation, risk, and knowledge.
Pillar 2 - Team Leadership & Value Accountability:
- Lead and develop the governance tower leads; be accountable for savings capture, obligation enforcement, innovation commitments, and continuous improvement across the relationship.
3. DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:
3.1 Governance Operating Model:
- Lead the end-to-end supplier governance office across all towers: performance management, financial management, contract management, resource and relationship management, and transformation & innovation.
- Own the governance operating model - forums, cadences, roles, escalation paths, RACI across client, supplier, and ensure it is consistently executed and continuously matured.
- Own consolidated governance reporting: the integrated governance report across all service areas, the balanced/executive scorecard, and the central governance repository as single source of truth.
- Coordinate with the risk management and technology governance domains to ensure operational, compliance, and technology risks are surfaced and managed.
3.2 Executive Engagement & Escalation:
- Serve as the primary senior escalation point for supplier performance, commercial, and relationship issues; drive resolution across client and supplier executives.
- Chair / facilitate executive governance forums including monthly service reviews, quarterly business reviews, and steering committees; own the QBR narrative and action log.
- Manage stakeholder communication and relationship health, including CSAT / relationship survey programs and resulting action plans.
- Advise client leadership on governance strategy, contract leverage, and supplier relationship direction.
3.3 Team & Value Leadership:
- Manage and develop the team of governance tower leads; set priorities, review quality, and ensure delivery against client expectations.
- Ensure the client realizes the full value of the outsourcing relationship: savings capture, service credit enforcement, obligation compliance, innovation commitments, and continuous improvement.
- Identify cost, efficiency, and value opportunities across service areas and sponsor them through the opportunities log and business cases.
- Contribute to company's governance methodology, IP, and practice development.
