Lead - Structured Finance

The incumbent has to work along with the Head - Structured Finance.

The Origination Lead - Structured Finance will be responsible for sourcing of structured financing transactions across spectrum of corporate clients and sectors. The role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving deal origination to support the team's growth and profitability objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Engage with CFOs, treasury heads, and promoters to originate structured financing solutions.

- Identify and originate structured financing opportunities (acquisition financing, promoter financing, sub-debt financing, growth capital solutions, refinancing high yield debt, special situation financing, asset backed financing etc) in the wholesale lending space.

- Preparing market updates, pitch books, market trackers, opportunities etc.

- Preparing and negotiating termsheet.

- Work closely with the execution team to ensure optimal structuring and compliance

- Collaborate with syndication, distribution, and product teams to enhance execution capability.

- Develop insights on industry trends to drive new opportunities.

- Monitor market trends, pricing benchmarks, and regulatory developments affecting structured products
