We are searching for a strategy & growth professional for one of the leading group of Schools in Mumbai. The KRA's would be: - Develop, support, and market the School Enrichment program that meet the needs of K-12 students with diverse interests. - Accountable for end to end revenue generation and profit and loss of the business vertical. - Develop strategies for business development to help achieve company sales goals across campuses. - Liaise with School Principals & Parents to understand ground requirements. - Foster and maintain positive relationships with the school campus coordinators and program partners. - Strengthen existing partnerships for the programs while exploring new opportunities for partnerships and new revenue streams. - Tap business opportunities & corporate tie ups by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching, and analyzing sales options. The desirable would be: - Post Graduate / Graduate with 6-8 years of experience of working as a program manager/ strategic alliances & partnership lead. - Experienced in business and marketing with an entrepreneurial spirit. - Strategic, resourceful, and forward-thinking. - Problem Solver with Strong operational excellence. - Passion to deliver the highest levels of customer service at all times.
