Role Purpose
The role is responsible for driving strategic planning and execution to enable long-term growth and sustainable competitive advantage for Farm & Allied businesses. The incumbent will leverage global exposure and cross-market insights to shape high-impact strategies, identify new opportunities, and lead critical initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Formulating, executing, and sustaining strategic initiatives that drive long-term growth and competitive advantage for Farm & allied businesses.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to evaluate complex data and trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Project Management: Capable of overseeing projects, ensuring they align with strategic objectives.
- Trend Analysis: Skilled at identifying and interpreting trends relevant to strategic planning.
- Communication Skills: Effectively convey ideas and strategies to stakeholders at various levels.
- Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of industry dynamics and competitor landscape.
- Problem-Solving: Expertise in addressing and resolving strategic challenges.
Required Experience & Expertise
- 12-14 years of experience in strategy, consulting, product development, or sales/service functions
- Strong preference for candidates with on-site international work experience (mandatory / highly preferred)
- Exposure to global markets (US, Europe, Africa, ASEAN, etc.)
- Experience working with cross-cultural teams and global stakeholders
- Background in consulting / automotive / agri-business industries preferred
- Proven experience in executing strategy-led transformation initiatives
