Role Overview

We are hiring a Lead - Strategy to work closely with the senior leadership team of a fast-growing consumer and D2C fashion platform. The role will drive enterprise-level strategy, growth initiatives, and performance management across a portfolio of brands and businesses.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role suited for someone who can move seamlessly between strategic thinking and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate & Business Strategy

- Lead annual and long-range strategic planning across multiple consumer brands

- Identify and drive growth levers across revenue, margins, channel mix, and unit economics

- Support new initiatives such as category expansion, partnerships, and inorganic growth

Portfolio & Performance Management

- Own monthly and quarterly business reviews across brands

- Track key KPIs across D2C, marketplaces, offline, and emerging channels

- Flag risks, identify opportunities, and work with functional leaders on corrective actions

Leadership & Special Projects

- Partner closely with CEO / Founders' Office on priority strategic initiatives

- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Category, Supply Chain, Finance, and Tech teams

- Translate strategy into execution roadmaps with clear ownership and timelines

Data & Insights

- Build structured problem-solving frameworks and decision models

- Provide data-backed recommendations to leadership for capital allocation and growth decisions

Candidate Profile

Experience

- 8-14 years in Strategy, Business Operations, Founder's Office, or Consulting + Industry

- Strong exposure to consumer, D2C, retail, lifestyle, or internet businesses

- Experience in high-growth or scaled consumer platforms preferred

Skill Set

- Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities

- Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-paced environments

- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills

Education

- Tier-1 MBA preferred but not mandatory
