We are looking for an experienced Strategy & Operations Lead Manufacturing to join a leading global pharmaceutical organization.

We are specifically looking for professionals with experience in top-tier consulting firms (Management/Operations Consulting) who have led manufacturing transformation and operational excellence projects for pharmaceutical or life sciences clients.

If you have a strong background in Manufacturing Strategy, Operational Excellence, Lean Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, and Business Transformation within the Pharma/CDMO/CRDMO industry, we'd love to connect.

Key Highlights:

- 10+ years of experience in Manufacturing Strategy & Operational Excellence

- Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, KPI/Dashboard Management & Analytics

- Experience driving productivity, OTIF, RFT, process optimization, and cost improvement initiatives

- Engineering degree (Chemical/Mechanical/Industrial) with an MBA preferred

- Location: Hyderabad
