About the Role : We are looking for a highly analytical and solution-oriented professional with preferably with a background in high-growth startups. The ideal candidate will take ownership of multiple high-value projects, work cross-functionally to solve critical problems, and collaborate with the founding team to drive organizational priorities. Responsibilities - Take complete ownership of multiple high-value projects and work with multiple teams to solve critical, cross-functional problems. - Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions. - Gather, analyze and draw valuable conclusions from the vast amount of data available and set processes to generate data as needed. - Work closely with the founding team to identify key priorities for the organization and ensure effective solution implementation. - Act as a thought partner to the Founder on business challenges, opportunities, and priorities. - Ensure high-quality execution of strategic projects by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. - Develop a deep understanding of the industry, and identify opportunities to drive growth - Serve as a bridge between the Founders vision and on-ground execution.
