Lead - Strategy

Role & responsibilities:

- Support in strategic planning including formulation of long-term strategy

- Conduct deep analysis and make recommendations in overall Group strategy

- Keep informed on global trends, business and regulatory updates and track the competitive space

- Prepare key executive level documents and imperatives

- Identify new business opportunities / partnerships/ acquisitions and evaluate the strategic viability

- Facilitate the execution of the Group strategy

- Supporting Group Companies in their strategy formulation and annual operating plans

- Preparing reports, presentations and other project deliverables

Preferred candidate profile : MBA with 7+ years experience in strategic corporate planning, top line growth, cost management, portfolio strategy etc. from Insurance and Financial Services preferred Implementation/execution, lead teams and/or projects.
