Lead - Strategic Sourcing - Heavy Commercial Bus Body Division

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Extensive experience in managing sourcing and supply chain activities for the Heavy Commercial Bus Body Division.

- Strong background in bus body parts sourcing, raw material procurement, and end-to-end supply chain management.

- In-depth process knowledge of aluminum extrusion profiles, sheet metal components, glass, seats and trims, plywood, FRP, ABS, and interior & exterior parts.

- Demonstrated strengths in analytical thinking, decision-making, supplier relationship management, and commercial negotiations.

Candidate Profile (Desirable):

- Graduate/PG with 19+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing. Preference for candidates with experience in an Automotive OEM environment.
