Job Title: Strategic Sales & Growth Leader

Experience: 5- 8 Years

Education - MBA from Tier- 1 institutes

Geography Exposure: Global (US, EU, Africa, APAC preferred)

Location: Bangalore | Hybrid | Remote

Department: Strategic Growth | Enterprise Sales | Solutions & Partnerships

Reporting To: CEO / Head of Growth

Travel: 15- 20%

Role Overview

We are seeking a high- ownership, revenue- focused Strategic Sales & Growth Leader to drive enterprise growth across AI, Data Engineering, Digital Transformation, and Product- led offerings. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who can own complex sales cycles, engage CXO stakeholders, and influence global GTM strategy while scaling revenue across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Growth & Enterprise Sales

- Own quarterly and annual revenue targets across global markets.

- Lead end- to- end enterprise sales cycles- from prospecting to deal closure.

- Build and convert a robust pipeline of high- value opportunities.

- Engage CXO, SVP, and Director- level stakeholders with strong value narratives.

- Drive disciplined pipeline management and forecasting using HubSpot CRM and modern sales tools.

Strategic GTM & Market Expansion

- Execute GTM strategies for AI, Data, Digital, and Product offerings.

- Identify new markets, growth levers, and whitespace opportunities.

- Design scalable sales motions, pricing frameworks, and revenue playbooks.

Solutioning & Deal Shaping

- Collaborate with Delivery, Product, and Pre- Sales teams to craft differentiated solutions.

- Own proposals, business cases, and RFP responses to improve win rates.

- Shape deal commercials, engagement models, and long- term partnerships.

Partnerships & Ecosystem Growth

- Build strategic alliances with hyperscalers and AI/ML ecosystem partners.

- Drive joint GTM initiatives and partner- led revenue channels.

Thought Leadership & CXO Influence

- Lead executive briefings, strategic workshops, and CXO conversations.

- Contribute to industry POVs, solution narratives, and competitive positioning.

- Represent the company at industry events, partner forums, and global summits.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5- 8 years in Enterprise Sales, GTM Strategy, Business Growth, or Strategic Consulting.

- Proven success in closing large, complex B2B enterprise deals.

- Strong understanding of AI, Data Engineering, Cloud, Digital Transformation, and Product- led GTM.

- Excellent CXO- level storytelling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Hands- on experience with HubSpot CRM and modern sales & marketing automation tools.

- Strong analytical mindset with structured problem- solving abilities.

- MBA from Tier- 1 institutes (IIM / ISB / SPJIMR / MDI) preferred.

- Consistent achievement of revenue targets with predictable forecasting.

- Improved pipeline quality, conversion rates, and enterprise win rates.

- New logo acquisition and account expansion.
