About the Role:
We are looking for a senior professional to own and drive strategic projects across the organisation. The role reports directly to senior leadership and demands the ability to work on high-priority, cross-functional initiatives that have direct impact on growth, capital allocation, market positioning and long-term business value.
This is a central strategic role, not an operational execution role. The individual will convert leadership vision into structured projects, monitor progress, remove bottlenecks, and ensure measurable delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end strategic projects across Products, Regulatory, and Strategic expansions.
- Work closely with senior management to evaluate and prioritize high-impact initiatives.
- Perform financial and market assessment, including modelling, benchmarking and commercial diligence.
- Partner with external stakeholders including lawyers, independent directors and regulators, where applicable.
- Develop analytical frameworks and business cases for new opportunities, partnerships and market expansion.
- Identify risks, interdependencies and execution challenges early and drive timely resolution.
- Maintain confidentiality, precision and disciplined documentation across all strategic initiatives.
Professional Requirements:
- CA or MBA (Finance)
- 5+ years of experience in Indian capital markets, ideally in corporate strategy, strategic finance, consulting, or a capital-markets facing role in a corporation.
- Demonstrated success in managing multi-stakeholder strategic projects with tight timelines and high accountability.
- Strong command in business analysis.
- Excellent communication - clear, structured, senior-stakeholder oriented.
