Lead - Software Development - UAV

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the drone software development team

- Architect and oversee development of flight control systems and navigation algorithms

- Manage development of communication systems (telemetry, ground control integration)

- Oversee real-time data processing, video streaming, and AI-based tracking systems

- Ensure integration of software with avionics, sensors, and embedded platforms

- Define software architecture, coding standards, and best practices

- Conduct code reviews, system design reviews, and technical evaluations

- Plan project timelines, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, avionics, production)

- Support field testing, flight validation, and root cause analysis

- Ensure compliance with UAV regulations and software quality standards

- Mentor and guide engineers for technical and professional development
