Description:
We are looking for a Social Media Lead to own and scale our brand presence across platforms. This role blends content strategy, storytelling, community building, and performance thinking, with a strong focus on relevance and engagement in a fast-moving digital ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Content & Brand Storytelling
- Own the social media strategy across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and emerging platforms
- Build platform-specific content calendars aligned with brand and campaign objectives
- Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity
Growth & Engagement
- Drive follower growth, engagement, and community interaction
- Track and optimize content performance using data and insights
- Collaborate with performance marketing teams on paid social strategies
Influencer & Creator Collaboration
- Identify and manage creators, influencers, and brand collaborators
- Lead campaign ideation and execution with creators
- Track ROI and campaign impact
- Manage agencies, freelancers, and in-house creators
- Mentor junior team members and build scalable content processes
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 5 to 8 years of experience in social media, content, or digital marketing
- Experience in D2C, beauty, lifestyle, food, or consumer brands
- Strong understanding of platform algorithms and trends
- Creative storyteller with a performance mindset
