Lead/Senior Manager - User Experience & Adoption

We're looking for a hands-on UX and behaviour change expert to anchor product development and adoption in deep user insights and behavioural science. This is not a pure research or design role - it's for someone who can research, design, collaborate, and implement in real-world contexts.

What you'll do:

- Lead deep user research with farmers and field teams to uncover behaviours, needs, and adoption barriers

- Translate insights into product direction, UX improvements, and rollout strategies

- Apply behaviour change principles to drive adoption and sustained product usage

- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations teams

- Stay hands-on during pilots and scale-up, maintaining strong learning loops

Who we're looking for:

- Experience in user research, product design, behavioural design, or related roles

- Strong understanding of behaviour change frameworks and applied experience

- Comfortable with field-based research and direct user interaction

- Experience working on tech-enabled products (alongside physical services is a plus)

- Ability to turn insights into action and drive implementation cross-functionally

Nice to have:

- Experience with rural users or farmer-facing products

- Background in agriculture, livelihoods, or social impact

- Experience taking early-stage products from concept to scale

- Fluency in Hindi & Telugu
