Role Overview:We are looking for a high agility, high ownership Talent Acquisition leader who thrives in fast paced and ambiguous 01 environments. Someone who loves closing roles quickly, working directly with senior stakeholders, and playing a broad role beyond pure TA.
This is not a traditional recruiter role. Its for someone hungry, versatile, and excited to build from scratch.
Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition (70%):- Lead full cycle hiring across business, operations, product, supply chain, and leadership roles.
- Build and maintain a strong, qualified top of funnel through sourcing, referrals, communities, and creative inbound channels.
- Own the complete recruitment lifecycle: role scoping, sourcing, assessments, offer management, and closure.
- Drive speed + quality: ability to close niche, senior, or complex roles in short timelines.
- Maintain a sharp screening bar and ensure only the most relevant profiles move through the funnel.
- Run structured reference checks and background verifications for critical hires.
- Track pipeline metrics, provide hiring forecasts, and ensure transparent communication with stakeholders.
Stakeholder & Senior Leadership Management:- Act as a trusted advisor to founders, CXOs, and senior managers.
- Define hiring plans with business leaders and influence decision making with data and market insights.
- Push back, challenge, and elevate hiring quality where needed.
01 & Beyond TA Scope (30%):- Build foundational TA processes, interview structures, assessment rubrics, and hiring playbooks.
- Drive employer branding, candidate experience initiatives, and early cultural shaping.
- Experiment with new tools, automations, and sourcing strategies to scale hiring efficiently.
- Flex across People & Culture projects as needed in a growing startup (onboarding design, HR ops, culture programs, org structuring, etc.).
- Be a fungible problem solver who can pick up anything and run with it.
What You Bring:- 5 to 8 years of TA experience (more is fine if you're hands on and fast).
- Proven success hiring in early stage, high growth, or 01 environments.
- Ability to operate with speed, judgment, and ambiguity.
- Strong senior stakeholder management and the maturity to handle CXO interactions.
- Ability to context switch across roles, functions, and hiring priorities.
- A high energy, execution first individual who thrives in a startup culture.
