We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Transformation Leader to join our client's growing consulting practice and lead large-scale procurement and strategic sourcing transformation engagements for global clients.

This leadership role offers an opportunity to shape procurement strategies, design future-state operating models, drive sourcing excellence, optimize supplier ecosystems, and deliver measurable business value across complex organizations. The successful candidate will play a key role in client delivery, solution development, business growth, and practice building.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement Transformation & Operating Model Design:

- Lead end-to-end procurement transformation engagements including current-state assessments, maturity evaluations, gap analysis, and transformation roadmap development.

- Conduct procurement blueprint assessments and design future-state Target Operating Models (TOM).

- Define procurement governance structures, operating models, service delivery frameworks, KPIs, and organizational design.

- Develop procurement methodologies, accelerators, playbooks, templates, and best-practice frameworks.

Strategic Sourcing & Category Excellence:

- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives across indirect spend categories.

- Drive the complete sourcing lifecycle including requirements gathering, market assessment, supplier identification, RFx management, bid evaluation, negotiations, and contract award.

- Develop category strategies and sourcing playbooks aligned to client business objectives.

- Build supplier evaluation frameworks and scorecarding methodologies.

Supplier & Contract Management:

- Design and implement Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) frameworks.

- Establish supplier governance and performance management programs.

- Support commercial negotiations and contract structuring, including MSA, SOW, and strategic supplier agreements.

- Align procurement processes with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) best practices.

Value Creation & Cost Optimization:

- Conduct spend analytics, benchmarking, opportunity assessments, and cost optimization initiatives.

- Establish savings governance frameworks covering cost savings, cost avoidance, value realization, and risk mitigation.

- Deliver measurable procurement value through sourcing and supplier optimization initiatives.

Client Advisory & Practice Development:

- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders including Procurement Heads, CFOs, COOs, and Shared Services leaders.

- Lead client workshops, executive presentations, and transformation discussions.

- Support proposal development, RFP responses, solutioning, and business development initiatives.

- Identify opportunities for account expansion and cross-selling.

- Contribute to building and scaling Procurement & Sourcing consulting offerings.

Candidate Profile:

Education:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline.

- MBA from a premier institution preferred.
