
The Senior Manager - SAP Talent Acquisition will spearhead recruitment strategy, execution, and team leadership for SAP and IT talent hiring. This role combines strategic planning, stakeholder management, and operational excellence to ensure the organization attracts, engages, and retains top SAP professionals in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the SAP recruitment team to deliver high-quality, timely, and scalable hiring solutions.
- Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans aligned with business goals and workforce requirements.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent needs and provide consultative recruitment guidance.
- Leverage data, analytics, and recruitment dashboards to measure performance, identify improvement areas, and make informed hiring decisions.
- Design and execute an employer branding strategy to position the organization as an employer of choice within the SAP ecosystem.
- Oversee the end-to-end candidate experience from sourcing and engagement to onboarding ensuring a seamless and positive journey.
- Mentor, coach, and develop a high-performing recruitment team to achieve delivery excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with HR, business, and leadership stakeholders to ensure talent strategies support organizational growth and diversity goals.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline (Masters preferred).
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on SAP and IT hiring.
- Proven leadership experience managing a recruitment delivery team or function.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP talent landscape, sourcing channels, and market trends.
- Expertise in modern recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and digital sourcing methods (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience in using recruitment analytics and KPIs to evaluate hiring performance and drive strategic improvements.
