Hiring for CRM Lead /Senior Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve the full-funnel CRM strategy to nurture leads, improve engagement, and drive conversions.
- Build and scale automated workflows and campaigns across email, WhatsApp, push notifications, chatbots, and other owned channels.
- Ensure CRM activities are aligned with acquisition, product, and revenue goals.
- Develop sophisticated segmentation strategies to deliver hyper-personalized and contextually relevant messaging.
- Use behavioral and demographic data to target users effectively at different stages of the customer journey.
- Collaborate with data and product teams to enrich user profiles and map lifecycle touch points.
- Design and run A/B and multivariate tests to optimize messaging, send times, channel mixes, and creative elements.
- Champion a test-and-learn culture across CRM and lifecycle campaigns.
- Lead experimentation with AI chatbots, conversational marketing flows, and two-way messaging to boost engagement and conversion.
- Own end-to-end reporting and performance analysis of CRM campaigns.
- Monitor key KPIs such as open rate, CTR, conversion rate, opt-out rate, and ROI.
