We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Senior Data Scientist to design and deliver advanced AI, Machine Learning, NLP, and Generative AI solutions. This role combines deep technical expertise with business problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and mentoring responsibilities within enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives.

Location - Gurugram, Haryana (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning, deep learning, and Generative AI models for complex business use cases

2. Build NLP and GenAI solutions including text analytics, conversational AI, content generation, and personalization

3. Architect and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and scalable AI pipelines

4. Translate business problems into data science solutions and present insights to senior stakeholders

5. Mentor junior data scientists, contribute to best practices, and drive innovation across the data science team

Requirements :

1. Extensive experience in data science, machine learning, AI, and Generative AI delivery

2. Strong academic background in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields

3. Proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn

4. Hands-on experience with NLP, GenAI tools, RAG frameworks, and vector databases

5. Experience working with cloud platforms and MLOps tools in enterprise environments
