Role Overview:

This Treasury Front Office - Securitization - Lead role is responsible for leading the securitization activities within the Treasury Front Office, focusing on structuring, pricing, and executing securitization transactions. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams such as credit, legal, and operations, as well as external stakeholders including investors, rating agencies, and originators. The successful candidate will play a critical role in optimizing the bank's balance sheet, managing liquidity, and generating revenue through securitization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the structuring and execution of securitization transactions, ensuring alignment with the bank's risk appetite and regulatory requirements.

- Develop and maintain complex financial models to analyze securitization opportunities and optimize transaction structures for maximum profitability.

- Manage relationships with investors, rating agencies, and originators to facilitate successful deal execution and maintain strong market presence.

- Monitor and analyze market trends and regulatory changes to identify new securitization opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.

- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including credit, legal, and operations to ensure seamless execution of securitization transactions.

- Present securitization proposals to senior management and relevant committees, providing clear and concise recommendations.

- Oversee the preparation of marketing materials and investor presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition of securitization transactions.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to structure and execute complex securitization transactions.

- Proven expertise in financial modeling and structured finance.

- Strong understanding of securitization markets, regulations, and legal frameworks.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to lead and mentor a team of professionals.

- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with investors, rating agencies, and originators.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.

- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in securitization, structured finance, or investment banking.

- On-site role based in Mumbai.
