Lead - Securitization - Structured Credit

Role Overview:

A Boutique Investment banking firm is looking for a seasoned Structured Credit and Securitization Lead to drive their securitization and structured credit practice. The role involves designing efficient, optimum and innovative structures for fund raising through structured NCDs and Securitization, leading transactions end-to-end with clients, investors and third-parties.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end to end securitization transactions across asset classes (retail / SME loans, mortgages, consumer finance, receivables, etc.).

- Design deal structures, cash flow waterfalls, and credit enhancement features; oversee modelling and stress testing.

- Ensure active tracking of current market issuances and innovative securitization structures

- Advise banks, NBFCs, fintechs, and funds on capital efficiency, risk transfer, and regulatory considerations.

- Support end-to-end structuring of NCD transactions in alignment with market and investor requirements.

- Manage documentation and negotiations with originators, investors, rating agencies, legal counsel, and trustees.

- Build, mentor, and guide a lean structuring/execution team; collaborate with other product and coverage teams.

Profile & Qualifications:

- 3-8 years' experience in securitization / structured credit with a strong closed deal track record.

- Deep understanding of Indian securitization markets, RBI/SEBI guidelines, rating methodologies, and investor requirements.

- Strong quantitative skills and hands on experience with transaction modelling.

- Excellent client facing, communication, and negotiation skills; proven team leadership.
