Lead - Search Engine Optimization

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and result-driven SEO Manager with 5+ years of hands-on experience in On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO. The ideal candidate should be a strong individual contributor, capable of managing end-to-end SEO activities and driving organic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and rankings.

- Perform in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis.

- Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, internal linking, and overall on-page SEO.

- Plan and execute off-page SEO strategies, including high-quality link building.

- Conduct technical SEO audits (crawlability, indexing, site speed, Core Web Vitals, etc.).

- Work closely with content, design, and development teams for SEO implementation.

- Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.

- Track, analyze, and report SEO KPIs and ROI.

- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and best practices.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical SEO).

- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.

- Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.).

- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).

- Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end SEO execution.

- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.

- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Good to Have:

- Experience in handling high-traffic or enterprise websites.

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript SEO implications.

- Exposure to AI-driven SEO / AEO (Answer Engine Optimization).
