Key Responsibilities:
Organic Growth, AEO & GEO Strategy:
- Own the end-to-end SEO strategy to drive sustained organic traffic, high-intent acquisition, and conversion-led growth
- Define and execute keyword strategies across product, transactional, editorial, and programmatic journeys
- Lead AEO efforts to improve visibility across AI assistants, featured answers, and conversational search
- Drive GEO initiatives to ensure content and product pages are discoverable and cited across AI-powered platforms and LLM-based search experiences
- Identify organic growth opportunities across geographies, products, and customer segments
Technical SEO & Platform Readiness:
- Lead technical SEO initiatives including site architecture, crawlability, indexing, structured data, Core Web Vitals, and performance
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to integrate SEO, AEO, and GEO best practices into development workflows
- Ensure SEO and AI-search readiness for new product launches, features, and international expansion
Content, Intent & Conversion Optimization:
- Partner with Content, Design, and Product teams to develop SEO- and AI-optimized content strategies
- Optimize landing pages and funnels to improve organic conversion rates, engagement, and revenue impact
- Balance traffic growth with search intent quality and business outcomes
Team Leadership & Capability Building:
- Build, manage, and mentor a team of SEO specialists and agency partners
- Define KPIs, execution frameworks, and best practices across SEO, AEO, and GEO
- Foster a culture of experimentation, accountability, and continuous improvement
Analytics, Insights & Reporting:
- Own performance dashboards and reporting for SEO and AI-discovery channels
- Track and optimize key metrics such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, AI visibility, citations, and conversions
- Translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
Skills & Experience:
- 5-13 years of experience in SEO and organic growth
- 5+ years of experience leading SEO teams or agencies
- Strong expertise in technical SEO, keyword strategy, and conversion optimization
- Hands-on experience with AEO and GEO for AI-driven search platforms
- Background in product-led, consumer internet, or fintech environments
- Deep understanding of search algorithms, on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on business impact and revenue outcomes
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
