Key Deliverables:
- Automate and streamline SCM processes to reduce manual effort and enhance accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver SCM solutions for complex projects.
- Ensure that SCM transformation initiatives comply with regulatory requirements, internal controls and risk management.
- Provide actionable insights through data analysis, empowering leadership with informed decision-making
- End-to-end ownership from opportunity/ pain point identification, project scoping, engagement with partners, overseeing project solutioning, project delivery to change management and user adoption.
