Lead SCM Analyst, PLEX Support Job Description: The SCM (Supply Chain Management) Analyst, PLEX: will provide an ongoing system administration and analytical support to the global SCM team in all countries/regions and deliver various projects as assigned. He/she will work closely with all areas of global SCM and various cross-functional stakeholders to meet project objectives. Main duties and responsibilities: (including but not limited to): - Create Dashboards using Power-Bi Software - Development of Macros in MS-Excel - Provide daily ERP (PLEX) Support (guidance & troubleshooting) to all Purchasing & Supplier Development business users globally (Canada, USA, Mexico, Europe, China and India) - PLEX Workflow Administration - Maintain and administer purchasing systems on an ongoing basis. Interface with IT to implement upgrades and train SCM staff Job Qualifications and Skills (Required/Preferred): - Advanced level of English and excellent communication skills - Strong experience in demonstrating data visualization and advanced skills using mainly Microsoft Power-Bi - Ability to transform complex data and analysis into easily digestible and visually accessible dashboards and reports - Strong knowledge in MS-Excel and macros development - Technical expertise and/or ability to speak fluently with business and technology partners in relation to data modeling and architecture - Ability to consult, build, and maintain solid working relationships in and outside of immediate department - Experience interpreting, understanding, improving, and correcting existing code (pre-developed or written by others) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail - Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills - Drive to be a self-starter and bring projects to close - Consistent follow-up and project management abilities - Advanced MS Office skills, experience with systems and databases - Understanding that the responsibilities of the job may require extended and flexible hours - Experience with Camtasia software (training video software) - Experience with PLEX Purchasing & Supplier Management modules is a plus
